Starlink service restored after customers around the world lose internet access Thursday

Starlink reported the outage through a post on X, with commenters from multiple countries sharing they are experiencing service disruptions.

Customers across Canada began reporting outages around 3 p.m., with nearly 14,000 reports around 3:30 p.m., according to Downdetector.


Starlink says its service has been restored after customers worldwide experienced an internet outage on Thursday afternoon. 

The mobility company shared via that they were working on a solution to the service disruption.
