TTC removing ads featuring transit route error

The posters encourage riders to take the 506 Carlton streetcar from Spadina station to Kensington Market, which is impossible.

The TTC apologized for the error on the posters and is working to remove them, spokesperson Stuart Green said.


The TTC is pulling some promotional posters off of subway cars over incorrect information about transit routes.

The signs are part of an advertising campaign to encourage people to use the TTC to go to different parts of ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½. One reads “Visit Kensington Market via the 506 Streetcar from Spadina Station.”
