The TTC is pulling some promotional posters off of subway cars over incorrect information about transit routes.
The signs are part of an advertising campaign to encourage people to use the TTC to go to different parts of ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½. One reads “Visit Kensington Market via the 506 Streetcar from Spadina Station.”

Online, riders were quick to point out that it would be impossible to follow the advertised route because the 506 Carlton streetcar does go to Spadina station. It does pass by the north end of Kensington Market along College Street, however.

The 510 Spadina streetcar travels close to the eastern boundary of Kensington Market and goes to Spadina station.
Stuart Green, a spokesperson for the TTC, said the transit service is aware of the error on the posters and is removing them.
“We apologize to any customers who may have been inconvenienced,” he said.
