TIFF 2025 gala lineup: Guillermo del Toro’s ‘Frankenstein,’ Scarlett Johansson’s directorial debut and a new ‘Knives Out’ mystery

The ѻý International Film Festival (TIFF) will celebrate its 50th edition with a series of high-profile premieres, including Guillermo del Toro’s adaptation of “Frankenstein,” which was largely shot in ѻý in 2024.

The festival will also feature world premieres of Aziz Ansari’s “Good Fortune” — starring Keanu Reeves, Seth Rogen and Sandra Oh —Rian Johnson’s third “Knives Out” film, James Vanderbilt’s “Nuremberg” andAnnemarie Jacir’s “Palestine 36.”
