12 firearms seized from U.S. residents at Canadian border crossings in Ontario

Over the course of three days, officials seized 12 firearms, 18 magazines and 254 rounds of ammunition at ports of entry in southern Ontario.

Anyone entering Canada with a firearm must declare the item to a border services officer, the Canada Border Services Agency says.


Twelve firearms were seized from U.S. residents at Ontario ports of entry, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) said.

Over the course of three days, officials seized 12 firearms, 18 magazines and 254 rounds of ammunition from U.S. residents at the Canada-U.S. border.
