ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ lawyer David Shellnutt survived a violent, near-death experience in 2019. One of the men who assaulted him at this spot on Queen Street West was only recently sentenced in a case that took six years to complete. 


One day this spring, David Shellnutt found himself alone in a courthouse hallway with one of two men who nearly killed him.

Shellnutt, the self-styled “Biking Lawyer,â€Â was finally seeing justice delivered in a case where he was the victim: a brutal attack more than six years ago, in the early minutes of a new year on a downtown ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ street.
