A second teenager has been arrested in the stabbing death of another boy in Leslieville last week.
Last Saturday, around 10:10 p.m., ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ paramedics were flagged down near a McDonald’s in the area of , where they found Abdoul Aziz Sarr, 14, injured, police said in a . He was rushed to hospital where the ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ teenager was pronounced dead.
A boy, 16, of ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½, turned himself into police on Friday, officers said Saturday. He is charged with first-degree murder and is scheduled to appear in court at the ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Regional Bail Centre at 10 a.m. on Saturday.

Less than 48 hours after the 14-year-old’s death, another 16-year-old turned himself into investigators, with police not announcing a first-degree murder charge until after the victim’s parents held an emotional funeral on Wednesday.
“Abdoul Aziz was a gift to all of us,†Omar Qadri, Sarr’s Islamic teacher, told mourners. He met with Sarr, who had just graduated Grade 8, the Friday before his death after prayers.
Qadri said Sarr loved to play basketball and remembered him as a top student who rarely missed Friday prayers with his mom and brother, coming to the Scarborough mosque ahead of time to help clean.
