ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ man faces first-degree murder charge in death of woman found near Hwy. 401 in Pickering

Yuk Kwan Chu, 67, has been identified as the homicide victim initially reported missing earlier this week. Police have said she was in a common-law relationship with the suspect.

Police have not yet publicly shared the suspected cause of death and a ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ police spokesperson declined to comment on where officers found the body.  


A ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ man has been charged with first-degree murder after his common-law partner was found dead near Highway 401 in Pickering early Friday morning.

The victim was identified as Yuk Kwan Chu, 67, of ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ in a . She is the city’s 20th homicide victim this year.
