ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW Paramedics said they transported a man to hospital in life-threatening condition and a woman in serious condition.The northbound lanes of Torbram Road have been closed from Countryside to Mayfield and officers are asking drivers to plan ahead and avoid the area.
