Police contacted in wake of iPro Realty collapse as agents raise concerns over iCloud Realty

iPro co-founder told staff he will be involved with iCloud Realty, sources say. RECO says iPro co-founders will be stripped of licences permanently.

The iPro Realty storefront on the Danforth, near Broadview Avenue, is now closed. RECO announced Thursday it was shuttering the brokerage over financial mismanagement.


On Thursday morning, hundreds of employees at iPro Realty signed on to a “special meeting” over Zoom announcing the “evolution” of the GTA brokerage.

On the call, Rui Alves, iPro Realty’s co-founder, led staff through a 20-page slide show presentation, whichÌýthe Star has since reviewed. It said iPro Reality had been sold to a “wealthy private financier,” withÌýthe brokerage being “rebranded” as iCloud Realty.Ìý
